GPS and tracking
Ensure Location is set to While Using or Always (if you use background tracking) in system settings. For best accuracy, run outdoors with a clear view of the sky until the signal locks. If a route looks wrong, try restarting the app and calibrating compass / motion sensors on your device.
Account and data
To update your profile, open Settings in Hydra Run. For export or deletion requests, email support@hydrarun.app from the address associated with your account and include your display name.
Billing and subscriptions
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google. You can view or cancel subscriptions in your platform account settings.
